We know it's not possible for all our lovely Aussie customers to make it in store for a fitting, but we would like to extend our experience and help as far as we can. 

 

Online Bra Fitting Consultations 

We've extended our offering to include Online Consultations so that we offer our services far and wide. 

We like to run these session over zoom so that we can have a meaningful face to face interaction with you and so that we can 'share our screen' to take you through the options we think will work best for you on our website. We find this way we can get great results by being able to answer really specific style + sizing questions as we take you through each style.

 

 

Information we'll ask you during an Online Consultation

t's a great idea to have gathered some thoughts about your answers: 

• What bra size do you usually get fitted in to?

• Are you confident with this bra size? If not, you should look to our 'Measuring your Bra Size' guide.

• Would you prefer a racer back bra, cross back bra or straight back bra? Or does this not matter to you so long as you are getting the best support possible?

• Do you have a strong preference to having an underwire or wire-free bra?

• Are there any experiences with your past Sports Bras that you think we should know about? Eg. Straps slipping, Chafing, lack lustre support. This sort of detail can really help us tailor our advice for you.

We'll send your 'zoom invite' via email a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We always ask for a 5-10 minute grace period should we be running late from our earlier booking.  Note: You can run zoom through any browser, you don't need to have software installed - however you are able to do that if you wish.
