Our store is closed in response to Victoria's sixth lockdown.

Our online store is shipping order as usual and our online consultations are running 3 days a week.

Customers who were booked in during this lockdown will be contacted as soon as a reopening date is set to rebook your priority fitting.

Fri 6th Aug

We're back taking fittings with the use of masks.

This 5 day lockdown has resulted in a backlog of customers as we've had to rebook 50+ fittings. So we're doing our best to reduce the current 3 week wait period for a bra fitting.

Thurs 18th Feb

Due to today's 5 day lock down announcement our in store bra fittings will be paused until Thursday 18th Feb. Customers with bookings during this time will be contacted on Monday 15th Feb to arrange rescheduling their booking.

Our online store is still fully operational as our dispatch team will be in to operate this "click and deliver" service.

Fri 12th Feb

We're pleased to announce our in store Bra Fittings will begin from Oct 29 🎉

Bookings are strictly by appointment, as we anticipate to be largely booked out for our first few weeks we strongly advise (as always) not to arrive without an appointment as we have no capacity to squeeze in extra customers. You can book your fitting online here.

Mon 26th October

With further announcements today regarding the shut down of business' across Victoria it has been confirmed that we will have to stop our in store bra fittings until further notice. You can put your name on our waiting list to be notified first when our in store fittings become available again. Sign up to the waiting list here.

Online consultations will still be offered, as online orders can be shipped. We will have a small team on site to manage our online store operations.

Mon 3rd August

With today's Victoria Stage 4 lockdown announcement we are still yet to determine to what extent our business will be able to operate. It is highly unlikely that we will continue to run in store fittings after 4th August, until of course restrictions are lifted.

At this stage we expect that we will be able to continue to ship online orders (pending further updates).

Sun 2nd August

With the recent announcement of the Melbourne Metro lockdown we will be making some changes to our in store offering until August 20th.

We will continue to offer in store fittings, strictly by appointment only.

Only the person being fitted for the bra is to attend the fitting and be in our fitting suite. Appointment times will be extended out to allow for appropriate safe hygiene practices between fittings. Before each fitting our Bra Fitters are:

• Washing their hands with soap or hand sanitiser
• Cleaning the fitting room
• Wiping down the measuring tapes
• Wiping down door handles, rails and frequently touched surfaces
• Wiping down the EFPTOS machine, iPad and treadmill

As a 'by appointment' business we are in the fortunate position of having low foot traffic in our store making it a much safer environment than traditional high volume retail operations.

Our online store will continue to operate. We will run our online warehouse on skeleton staff for the duration of lockdown (and beyond as required) to ensure we are able to stringently adhere to the 4 sqm rule.

Wed 8th July

Our in store bra fitting service will be available from May 22nd. These appointments are now available to book online.

We will be allowing extra break times between appointments and reducing the number of fittings we offer per day in an effort to ensure we have ample time to employ safe hygiene and sanitation practices.

Tues 12th May

Ladies, we've made the call. We no longer feel right with being "business as usual" 🙅🏽‍♀️ Our Bra Fittings will no longer be available until after all the craziness of Covid-19 🦠 With Bra fittings being such an intimate and up-close-and-personal experience we felt it was in the best interests of our staff and customers to put a pause on this offering. It may seem like forever now, but we'll be back in to the swing of things before you know it 😁 Of course, our online store will still be going strong. We're moving our warehouse offsite so that orders can be shipped quickly all while reducing the opportunity for our staff to be exposed unnecessarily 🚚 See you on the other side ladies 👋🏽

We take the health of both our employees and customers very seriously. We will be taking the necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

At this time, we will remain open with slightly reduced business hours. If you are booked in to have an appointment with us and are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule your fitting.

Since bra fittings are such an intimate process we will be making sure everything is properly sanitised before each appointment. For this reason we will be aiming to schedule short breaks between fittings to accomodate this process.

Before each fitting our Bra Fitters are:

• Washing their hands with soap or hand sanitiser
• Cleaning the fitting room Wiping down the measuring tapes
• Wiping down door handles, rails and frequently touched surfaces
• Wiping down the EFPTOS machine, iPad and treadmill

We're using antibacterial wipes and spray to disinfect the aforementioned surfaces.

We will be closely following the recommended guidelines from our Government Authorities and the Australian Retail Association to ensure we continue to take the necessary actions to help support our customers, staff and communities in this challenging time.

As recommendations alter we'll be updating this page with any changes to our response.
