Breastfeeding and nursing sports bras are tough bras to come by. The reason for this is that in order for a bra to be a safe breastfeeding bra it needs to allow for fluctuations in breast volume, which essentially means the fabric will have to have some "give" or stretch in it. This is the opposite of what we want out of a sports bra. A high impact sports bra need to use strong stretch resistant fabrics.
If you want a sports bra that has specially designed breast feeding clips or access you will need to accept that the fabric will have some give it in and as such won't be a high impact bra.
If you need high impact support we recommend choosing a style that is not designed for breast feeding and to only wear this bra for your 45-60 minute exercise session. This ensures that the firm fabrics of a sports bra aren't likely to cause mastitis as you are only wearing it for a short period. This approach means you aren't trying to get one bra to do two extremely opposite things, but rather two options that will each excel in their speciality.
