ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 19th NOV + 27th NOV

For orders placed between 19th and 27th November we ask for some grace with dispatch times. This is an extremely busy period for our dispatch team. While we are working in overdrive we ask that you expect some delays to our usual dispatch times. Orders may take up to 5 working days to be picked and packed; with the exception of orders marked with a 'IMPORTANT! Ships in X' note that may fall out of this 5 day period. 

 

NATIONAL ORDERS

National deliveries (within Australia) are charged at a flat fee of $5.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post standard shipping and will be packaged in a biodegradable bag. 

Orders are dispatched between 1-4 days after the order is received, unless otherwise stated (please keep an eye open for delayed dispatch notes on out of stock items). Delivery can be expected to be 1-6 days from dispatch.

From time to time deviations from these delivery times can occur which may be out of our control. She Science cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment as a result of the Australian postal service.

Out of stock items are marked with a 'Important! Ships in x - x days', these items will be shipped when they arrive in stock, which is generally within the time frame quoted at the checkout. 

 

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Deliveries to New Zealand are charged at a flat fee of $15 AUD.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered international shipping.

Deliveries to NZ metropolitan areas are expected to take 5-10 business days from dispatch. From time to time deviations from these delivery times can occur which may be out of our control. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International deliveries (excluding NZ) are charged at a flat fee of $25 AUD.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered international shipping.

Deliveries to metropolitan cities are expected to take 10-15 business days from dispatch, non-metropolitan areas may take longer.
