NATIONAL ORDERS

National deliveries (within Australia) are charged at a flat fee of $6.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post standard shipping and will be packaged in a biodegradable bag. 

Orders are dispatched between 1-4 days after the order is received, unless otherwise stated (please keep an eye open for delayed dispatch notes on out of stock items). Delivery can be expected to be 1-6 days from dispatch.

From time to time deviations from these delivery times can occur which may be out of our control. She Science cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment as a result of the Australian postal service.

Out of stock items are marked with a 'Important! Ships in x - x days', these items will be shipped when they arrive in stock, which is generally within the time frame quoted at the checkout. 

Please note, we recently increased our shipping costs from $5 Aus wide. This increase was the first shipping increase we have had in almost 11 years of business despite countless increase from Australia Post during this period. We are working hard to fix any old copy found online that may advertise our $5 Aus Wide shipping. 

 

IN STORE PICK UP - CLICK AND COLLECT

We've made things easier for you with our new Pick Up In Store option! You can select this at checkout to avoid postage costs, and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready. Most orders will be available within 1-3 business days, but don't forget to wait for your notification before heading in—our Bra Fitters can't process online orders in-store.

During busy times or promotional periods, we might need to temporarily disable the pick-up option. If you don't see it at checkout, feel free to reach out to our dispatch team at info@shescience.com.au to see if we can arrange something for you. We're here to help!

 

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Deliveries to New Zealand are charged at a flat fee of $15 AUD.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered international shipping.

Deliveries to NZ metropolitan areas are expected to take 5-10 business days from dispatch. From time to time deviations from these delivery times can occur which may be out of our control. Here is the current status of international order delivery times. She Science cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment as a result of any postal service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International deliveries (excluding NZ) are charged at a flat fee of $25 AUD.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post registered international shipping.

Deliveries to metropolitan cities are expected to take 10-15 business days from dispatch, non-metropolitan areas may take longer. From time to time deviations from these delivery times can occur which may be out of our control. Here is the current status of international order delivery times. She Science cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment as a result of any postal service.
