Ngl, I was devastated when I heard the Shock Absorber Active D+ was being discontinued. It's been my fave for a couple of years now.

I need a heavy duty bra for runs, and my breast tissue has been through the ringer, so it's not as perky as it once was. This can lead to ...very uncomfortable situations.

This was the first bra I tried on at my fitting and I just knew it was perfect. Very soft against my body with no irritating seems. Makes me feel constrained and secure but still very able to move and breathe. Limited bounce and nothing that causes pain or discomfort.

The cut is super flattering, and fits well under a lot of the more cute style sports tops (ya know, the strappy ones, etc). No feeling the need for oversized shirts in an attempt to camoflauge. No bulging out under my armpits when I'm lifting weights. No rubbing or chafing when I'm going for a run or sweating out a fast paced, steep incline walk on the treadmill. It also comes in a couple of colours, which I appreciate. I went in planning to buy a single sports bra at around $120, and I walked out with two of these at $140 each and I have 0 regrets.

The only bother is getting it off once I'm all sweaty like, but if you go one arm, over your head, second arm as opposed to just trying to pull it straight off it's not a major issue. And feeling supported is more important to me than the ease of removing it!

The fitting was also a great experience. Katie made me feel really comfortable, asked what I was looking for in my ideal bra - and actually listened, and knew this would be the one for me - and she was so on the money! I also appreciate that they had a treadmill in my (enormous!) private fitting room, so I could have a quick run before I committed to the bra. Honestly, the level of absolute stunning customer service that this boutique store provides (with no hike in bra prices!) was just the cherry on top of a great sports bra purchase.

I typed in 14D, I didn't realise until I'd already clicked that it had reset back to standard 10B by the time to got to the checkout. I thought i may have stuffed up, but I went back to do it again, and it actually did reset itself without warning. I ended up gifting the bras to my girlfriends teenage daughter, and she is very happy with the bras. Apart from the site glitch, the bras are a winner

I was very hopeful this bra would be great for high impact but with thin fabric and no underwire this bra is comfortable and a great fit but not so good for high impact exercise. I would call it great for medium impact. I’m big busted size 12-14 D but find it impossible to find great support. I still need to wear two bras :(

I have 2 of these, in 10F. Until I got the first one, running was not an option for me because the sports bras I'd tried gave me either bouncing or back pain. Now I can run with no problems, and I really appreciate these bras for making that possible.

I was looking for a sports bra with maximum support to start running again after having two babies. Prior to having kids I'd never been busty, that all changed and I now have to find bras with a good amount of support. This bra was so impressive right from opening the package and offers great support when running. I highly recommend that if you're unsure on sizing, definitely reach out to the consultants as they reply very quickly and tailored their advice to the bra I was looking at.

Love this bra however it causes a lot of neck and shoulder pain could be revised

Since my old faithful Triumph bra got discontinued I have struggled to find a bra that fits well.
Using the online fitting advice I was able to ensure my size was correct and a placed my order for this bra.
I could not happier with my choice, it fits well, is comfortable and best thing is I have worn it on a long run and it did not cause any chafing. Really happy with my choice and the quick delivery from SheScience.
