Shop by Activity

Whether you’re rolling out your yoga mat or training for a marathon, different sports require different levels of support. Shop our activity-specific collections to ensure your sports bra is the right fit for your training needs.

The Support You Need & Deserve

Finding the perfect support for sport can be a challenge, but at She Science, we make it simple. Our Australian store offers a curated selection of styles designed for every activity. Whether you're a runner, cyclist, or enjoy yoga, our range provides the stability and comfort you need.

Shop by Cup Size

Have a large bust and fed up with not finding sports bras that fit? We get it. That’s why She Science offers sports bras in cup sizes A-K, because having big boobs shouldn’t mean second-rate support.

Shop by Support Level

Just like a high-impact sports bra might feel too restrictive for Pilates, a low-impact sports bra won’t cut it when you’re heading to HIIT. So shop for the support you need. Offering low-impact sports bras for yoga, walking and Pilates, medium-impact sports bras for activities like cycling and hiking, as well as high-impact options for more intense exercise like HIIT classes and running, we’re confident our collection will have you sorted and supported.

What is the best sports bra for large busts?

For larger cup sizes (D and above), look for encapsulation-style bras with underwire or structured cups rather than compression-only styles. She Science stocks options up to a K cup from brands like Panache, Shock Absorber, Elomi, Maaree, Sculptresse, Enell, and Anita that are specifically engineered for fuller busts.

What's the difference between high-impact and low-impact sports bras?

High-impact bras are designed for running, HIIT, and activities with significant bounce. They typically feature underwire, structured cups or encapsulation. Low-impact bras suit yoga, Pilates, or walking, they're lighter and less restrictive. Medium-impact covers cycling, hiking, and dance.

How do I know if my sports bra fits correctly?

The band should sit level all the way around and feel firm but not overly tight. The cups should fully contain the breast with no spillage or gaping. Plus, straps should stay in place without digging in. If you're unsure, She Science offers expert fitting advice, so please feel free to reach out before you order.

How often should I replace my sports bra?

Most sports brasseries lose significant support after 6–12 months of regular use, or around 40 washes. Signs it's time to replace: the band rides up, straps slip, or the fabric has lost its elasticity. Some women also find their bra will begin to chafe once it’s come to the end of its lifespan.
