  • High impact support
  • Compression style
  • High coverage for full cup coverage
  • Wirefree
  • Wide soft non-slip straps
  • 2 seperate cups for shape

This style fits a little snug around the ribcage.
If are are concerned you won't like a snug fit then we recommend going up a band size and down a cup size to get your best size. Eg. If you are usually a 12F, you may prefer a 14E in this style.

Bear in mind that a Sports Bra needs to be firm in order for it provide it's best support.

💡 Fit tip! This is a compression style bra. Ensure your breast tissue is sitting in the base to get optimal results with this sports bra.

There is a reason this style has consistently been one of our best-selling bras. This bra is all about coverage and compression. Those seeking high impact support in D cup up love this style for its firm feeling of support. It just gets the job done! We find customers who have worn two bras for extra support in the past seem to like this style as it replicates the compression felt with two bras. If cared for well this bras will last and last - durability is certainly another strength of this style.

We hear such interesting comments from our customers when they try this for the first time. Most commonly it's a sigh of relief that they finally feel like their boobs aren't going to jump out of the bra when they are active. Lots of women feel like their bust has disappeared in this style due to the compression flattening breast tissue. Customers will use this bra for just about anything and everything from running, zumba, golf and yoga - it is loved by all, for all.

This bra has UK sizing on the tag. Please note the following translations:

30 = 8, 32 = 10, 34 = 12, 36 = 14, 38 = 16

Perfect for show jumping

My daughter loves riding and show jumping and was struggling to find a bra that was sufficiently supportive. The fitter recommended this bra and it has been perfect . Great support yet still gives a nice shape and very comfortable to wear. She loved it so much we bought two!

I like it!

I like the Shock Absorber bras for running and was wearing the Ultimate bra. The D+ Active is a good alternative and so much easier to put on!

love it!

I bought this bra in early 2021, and since then I've purchased the white version and am planning on buying another one shortly! I love the fit and feel of the bra, it's not too tight on my ribcage (I have quite a small ribcage (8F) so this is an issue I've had with previous SheScience bras) I also love that it has no underwire and it doesn't have a racer/cross back, meaning I can wear it in the sun without getting weird tan lines. Definitely feel like it holds everything in place, but for new wearers, I would recommend pulling the back strap further down your back towards the ground than normal bras as I have found this is one way to increase chest support while running. Sometimes my chest size fluctuates and it is harder to keep the chest apart (if that makes sense), however, this is not a fault of the bra and rather just a natural occurrence. It can lead to some uncomfortability in the summer however, or when it is very hot and you're moving a lot. Overall though the benefits of this bra make the occasional sweatiness worth it. wear them everytime I'm doing sport or dancing, my go to active bra 👍

Great bra but

These are great bras I have a large size 10G-10H and these bras work for me however! I find the clips on these bras burn out really quickly and the material pulls really quickly but they are a good bra. I swear I should test bras for a living and review them! 😆

Hey Brooke, Thanks for your review. I am sure you are hand washing or washing with care, but if not just ensure you are washing your bras in a bra bag. Hooks will become damaged quickly if they are thrown in to a usual cycle. The only other reason the hooks should pull prematurely is if the fit is too snug around the ribcage. Yell out if have any Q's on this, we're always here to help :)

Not great

I wanted this bra for running and was optimistic after reading reviews, but found it allowed the girls to bounce as though I was wearing nothing more than a crop top. Was super disappointing. I’m really confused about other reviews as I had a lacklustre experience. Going to try Panache!

Hey Brooke, Thanks for your review. If you didn't like the support of the Active D+ Classic there is a good chance you will love the Panache. They take a completely different approach to reducing breast displacement. The Active D+ Classic mainly relies on the compression method and the Panache mainly uses the encapsulation method. We find women either strongly prefer one method or the other. Sorry you weren't a fan of this one. While it is certainly a popular bra (one of our best sellers!), bras are certainly polarising, what one woman loves another women may really not like - this can be due to different preferences or a difference in breast density and shape. Good luck with the Panache :)
