DD cup is equivalent to an Anita E cup.

E cup is equivalent to an Anita F cup.
F cup is equivalent to an Anita G cup.
FF cup is equivalent to an Anita H cup.
G cup is equivalent to an Anita I cup.
GG cup is equivalent to an Anita J cup.
H cup is equivalent to an Anita K cup.

Great support

I was a little sceptical of getting good enough support in a bra without wire, but I trusted the previous reviews and had a go. I am size 18E, so bought 18F as per the description advice and have now tried this in both a Zumba class and running and have found it has done a great job providing comfortable support. I am converted to wire free. So much more comfortable than wired I had been wearing.

This bra lives up to its name. It is so comfortable. I use it for exercise - boxing, running, cardio gym work and it is brilliant and also an everyday bra. The straps are wide and soft and it fits so softly but firm under the ribs. No digging, no riding up at the back and no bulges. The most comfortable bra I have had.
